1. Go to our returns portal
You can return your items within 14 days after you have received your order. Click here to go to our return portal and follow the steps in the return process.
Pack your items and stick your created return label on the package. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label.
Bring your package to the post office within 3 working days after registering your return.
NB! Packages that are not sent within 3 working days (after creating the return label) and that arrive at The Wildflower Club outside the return period, will not be accepted. You will then receive the amount back in the form of a shop credit.

No. Due to our fulfillment center, it is no longer technically possible to return multiple packages together.
You can also deliver the return to us yourself. Register your return via the normal route and follow the steps. Please indicate that you want to return it to our store/warehouse.
Add a note to your return with your name and order number so that we can recognize who the package comes from.
We are present on working days between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You can also bring the return outside these times by putting the package in the box near the door.
You can exchange an item for a different size by indicating in your return registration which size you would like to receive. So for example return reason 'too big' and then in the comments 'please exchange for size ..'

Once we have received your return, we will create a new order for you with the new size. This order will come your way free of charge.
