1. Go to our returns portal

You can return your items within 14 days after you have received your order. Click here to go to our return portal and follow the steps in the return process.

2. Packing

Pack your items and stick your created return label on the package. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label.

3. Submit

Bring your package to the post office within 3 working days after registering your return.

NB! Packages that are not sent within 3 working days (after creating the return label) and that arrive at The Wildflower Club outside the return period, will not be accepted. You will then receive the amount back in the form of a shop credit.

Keep the proof of shipment of your return well. We are not responsible for return products that go missing.

4. Refund

Once we have received your return (unworn and undamaged), you will receive a refund or an adjusted Klarna invoice within 5 working days.

  2. When you have received your return label, you can register the other order(s).
  3. NB! With these order(s) you click on 'Return in store' under the return method. This way you do not have to purchase a label, but you do register the return.
  4. Put all items together in a shipping bag/box and send your return within 3 working days.
