Did you order before 10:00 PM on a working day? Your order will then be shipped the same day.
Deliveries outside the Netherlands can take up to 3 working days.

You can track your order with the track and trace code that you receive in the email. You will receive the track and trace after your package has been shipped.
Unfortunately, it can happen that your order is damaged during shipment. We know that as a customer you can of course do nothing about this. In that case, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately. You can do this by email to support@thewildflowerclub.nl . It is also useful to send photos of the defect. Our customer service will process your message within 24 hours and look for the best solution together with you!
Return
You can register and return your items within 14 days after your order has been delivered.
Go to our returns page and follow the steps to register your return.
- We do not provide compensation for the return shipment.
- The return period starts from the moment your package has been delivered. Do you choose to have your order delivered to a parcel point? Then pay close attention, after delivery to the parcel point you still have 14 days to register your return.
- We are not responsible for returned products that get lost.
- We are not responsible for return packages that are returned to the customer because the original shipping label was not visible. The customer must request and pay for a new return label themselves.
- If certain discount conditions are no longer met by returning items, this discount will be deducted from the mandatory products. For example, with 3 + 1 free: if you return an item, the free option expires. This will be deducted from your return
We have a returns policy to benefit both you and our planet. When returning items, a fee starts at €4.99 which allows you to return up to 2 items at no extra cost. Want to return more than 2 items? For each additional item, you pay a contribution of €0.99 cents.
Why do we do this? We want to motivate our customers to shop more consciously and selectively. If you return less than 2 items, it is now more advantageous for you. So a win-win: you save on return costs and together we reduce the impact on the environment. More information about returns can be found on this page.

No. Due to our fulfillment center, it is no longer technically possible to return multiple packages together.
No, this is not (anymore) possible. You must register your return via the portal on our website and send it to our warehouse.
exchange
You can exchange an item for a different size by indicating in your return registration which size you would like to receive. So for example return reason 'too big' and then in the comments 'please exchange for size..'
You can only exchange for a different size and therefore not for another item.
Your return will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the package. Once we have processed your return, we will create a new order for you with the new size. This order will come your way free of charge. If the size you would like to receive is out of stock by then, you will receive your money back.
If you prefer to be sure the item is still in stock (or if you need it quickly), you can return the item and order the item in question in the correct size yourself.

Guarantee
A warranty period of 1 month applies to all items.
For discoloration on jewelry we have a warranty period of 6 months (if the regulations are adhered to). Of course, if the 6-month period has passed, it does not mean that the jewelery will discolour. You can always contact us if you have any questions or run into problems!
If an item is defective within the warranty period, please contact us immediately at support@thewildflowerclub.nl . State your order number and enclose a photo of the complaint.
