You can exchange an item for a different size by indicating this in your return request. Select 'Exchange' as the return reason and confirm your selection. In the next screen, you can specify which size you wish to receive. Once you have provided your sizes, you can confirm your selection.
After your registration, you will receive an email from us where you can finalize the exchange request. This is a request and not a reservation. This means that we cannot yet reserve the new size for you. Therefore, it is possible that the size may no longer be in stock when your return is processed in our warehouse.
Please note, exchanges are only possible for a different size or length size of the same item. It is not possible to exchange for a different item or a different color.
As soon as we have received your return package, we will process your return or exchange within 10 business days. After your return has been processed, we will create a new order for you with the desired size. We will cover the shipping costs for this new shipment. Should the desired size no longer be in stock at that time, you will receive a refund for the purchase amount of the item.
If you want to be sure that the correct size is still available, you can also choose to return the item and place a new order yourself for the desired size.
We have a returns policy to benefit both you and our planet. Returns start at €5.49 (NL), allowing you to return up to two items free of charge. Want to return more than two items? For each additional item, you'll pay a €0.99 fee.
Why are we doing this? We want to encourage our customers to shop more consciously and selectively. If you return fewer than two items, it's cheaper for you now. It's a win-win situation: you save on return costs, and together we reduce our environmental impact.

Yes, that is possible. Orders still within the return period will automatically appear in the returns portal. You can then return the items you select there together in one package. Both orders must be registered simultaneously via our returns portal.
Please note: this is only possible if the orders were placed using the same account.
You can register your return within 14 days of receipt via our returns portal (Returnista). After registering, you have another 14 days to drop off your return at our store. In-store, we'll check the items for tags, signs of wear, and original condition. Once everything is approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

If we receive returned items that do not meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept them.
- Returns must be registered and returned within 14 days. Orders placed outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The order must be returned in the original packaging.
- The item must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged. The tags must be attached to the item in their original condition.
- Be careful with makeup: an item with makeup stains will not be returned.
- There is no washing guarantee. Any problems that arise after washing are at your own risk.
QR code return (without printing)
- Remove/hide any old labels on the package. This will prevent the package from being returned to your home.
- Write your order number and the code of your QR code clearly visible on the package (example: WILD12345 and MDPR6MP9LL1)
- Drop off the package at the service point and have the QR code scanned. Stick the barcode you receive on the package. Your package is ready to ship!
Printable return label
- Remove/hide any old labels on the package. This will prevent the package from being returned to your home.
- Print out the return label and stick it firmly onto the package.
- Please drop off the package at the parcel point within 3 working days.
