The Wildflower Club is a young and rapidly growing company in the TALL fashion industry. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic employee who wants to take the next step with us.

What does the job entail?

This role combines communication and customer service. On the one hand, you'll work on the creative and textual aspects of our brand. You'll not only write compelling copy for the website, social media, and advertisements, but also contribute ideas on how text and visuals complement each other. This includes managing our email marketing and workflows, creating product pages with complete product descriptions, handling copy for campaigns, and collaborating on advertisements where copy and visuals perfectly align. In this way, you contribute to both the content and the image of The Wildflower Club ✨

In addition, you and a colleague will be the point of contact for our customers via email and social media. Together, you will ensure that every question is answered, you will provide advice and think along with them, and of course, you will ensure that customers always experience the very best service!

Because we work in a small and close-knit team, you will also be involved in many other things. This includes helping to organize and run sample sales, photoshoots, and other cool projects related to the brand!

Who are you?

- You have a higher professional education (HBO) and/or a higher professional education level of thinking.

- You are a strong and creative writer, with a good sense of tone of voice in both Dutch and English.

- You are energetic, organized, and have a keen eye for detail.

- You are customer-oriented and enjoy making customers happy.

- You have an affinity for fashion and communication

- You can work with tools like Canva, Adobe and more

- Bonus: you are 1.80m+ tall and enjoy helping out with content creation from time to time.
